Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Social Publisher, operated by Cricket 360 ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using Social Publisher, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Social Publisher lets you connect social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Threads, X, TikTok, Telegram) and compose, schedule, and publish content to them from a single interface.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Connecting third-party platforms

When you connect a platform (e.g. TikTok, Facebook), you authorize Social Publisher to access and publish to that account on your behalf, using the permissions you explicitly grant during that platform's own authorization process. You may revoke this access at any time from the Connections page, or directly from the third-party platform's own settings.

You must only connect accounts you own or are authorized to manage on behalf of a business or client.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Social Publisher to:

• publish content that violates the terms of service, community guidelines, or content policies of any connected platform (including TikTok's Community Guidelines and Developer Terms);
• publish spam, or content designed to artificially inflate engagement or evade a platform's abuse detection;
• publish unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or otherwise harmful content;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

You are solely responsible for the content you publish through Social Publisher and for complying with each connected platform's own rules.

5. Content ownership

You retain all rights to the content you create and publish through Social Publisher. We claim no ownership over it — we only process and transmit it to the platforms you direct it to.

6. Service availability

Social Publisher depends on third-party platform APIs (Meta, TikTok, X, Telegram, and Buffer for some connections) that we don't control. We aren't responsible for outages, rate limits, policy changes, or account restrictions imposed by those platforms.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Social Publisher for accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the service, or abuse a connected platform's API in a way that risks that platform's access for other users. You may stop using the service and disconnect your accounts at any time.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Social Publisher is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cricket 360 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including content publishing failures caused by a third-party platform.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Social Publisher after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
